Returns and Exchanges - United States and Territories

We want you to enjoy your Ulla Popken fashions, and offer a 60-Day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return only unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise within 60 days of the shipping date, and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund to the original form of payment. After 60 days we will issue an Ulla Popken merchandise credit at the current selling price, but NO RETURNS will be accepted after 90 days from the date of shipping. We cannot accept any merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable. Special Offers: If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged bringing your merchandise total below an offer's qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund. All outlet merchandise is FINAL SALE. If an outlet item is returned to us for a return/exchange, the item will be shipped back to customer at the customer's expense for shipping charges based on package weight. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines:

  1. Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped.
  2. Include the Exchange/Return form from the bottom of your invoice, and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning merchandise. Be sure to keep the invoice portion for your records.
  3. If requesting an exchange, complete the REORDER FORM on the reverse side of the invoice.
  4. Affix the postage paid merchandise return label from the bottom of your Exchange/Return Form to the package.
  5. Leave it with your mail carrier or take it to the post office.
  6. A $7.95 return shipment and processing fee is automatically deducted from your merchandise credit or refund check. If you prefer you may use the carrier of your choice and pay the shipping costs.

Need a Return Shipping Label? If the return shipping label attached to your invoice is lost or damaged, you can generate a new return shipping label by visiting the Returns Center. You will need your Ulla Popken order number located above the SHIPPING ADDRESS box located at the top of the invoice. ($7.95 Return Shipping Fee applies)

Track your Return To track a return package, visit the Returns Center. You will need your Ulla Popken order number, or Package ID, located in the shipping address box on your invoice.

Free exchanges We want to be confident you will find the best fit. If the size you've purchased is not right then we will ship the new size to you for FREE! Just follow the instructions stated above.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, outlet merchandise is excluded from promotions and discounts. Available quantities are limited and are not guaranteed. All sales of outlet merchandise are final.

Returns and Exchanges - Canada

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the shipping date, and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund of the purchase price. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable. Please allow up to thirty days for credit refunds to process. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines:

  1. Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped.
  2. Include the Exchange/Return form from the bottom of your invoice, and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning merchandise. Be sure to keep the invoice portion for your records.
  3. If requesting an exchange, complete the REORDER FORM on the reverse side of the invoice.
  4. Keep a copy of the return shipping receipt and tracking number for personal records
  5. Select the carrier of your choice (All return shipping for Canada must be paid by customer).

Canadian Taxes and Duty:

  • Contact your local Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre office for refund of Duty and Tax on returned merchandise.
  • Complete the CBSA form B2G (Informal Adjustment Request) for Refunds of Taxes and Fees (local Post Office will advise about appropriate form to use)
  • Please provide the proof of taxes and fees paid by charge card to Ulla Popken.
  • Provide proof that merchandise was returned to Ulla Popken
  • Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre will issue a refund to you
  • All Duty and Tax Fees collected by Ulla Popken, LTD are forwarded to CBSA by Global Mail, Inc. Global Mail, Inc. and Ulla Popken, Ltd. are not responsible for issuing refunds for these fees. For your convenience, we provide a link to the CBSA B2G form required to request a refund directly from Canada Border Services. Additional information can be obtained from the CBSA website.
