    Discount is calculated based on merchandise total and does not include shipping.
    If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged bringing your merchandise total below the offers qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund.
    Offer subject to adjustments due to returns, exchanges and cancellations.
    A $15 fee is added to all shipments to Canada. 
    Cannot be combined with any other offers, or applied to previous or pending orders. 
    From time to time you may see items with a $0 price. This is obviously an error, and we are unable to honor products with a $0 selling price.

  • Returns and Exchanges - United States and Territories

    Every item is 100% guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the shipping date, and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund original form of payment. The shipping and processing charges are not refundable. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged bringing your merchandise total below the offer's qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines:

    1. Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped.
    2. Include the Exchange/Return form from the bottom of your invoice, and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning merchandise. Be sure to keep the invoice portion for your records.
    3. Affix the postage paid merchandise return label from the bottom of your Exchange/Return Form to the package.
    4. Leave it with your mail carrier or take it to the post office. 
    5. A $7.95 return shipment and processing fee is automatically deducted from your merchandise credit or refund check. 
    Track your Return To track a return package, visit the Returns Center. You will need your Ulla Popken order number, or Package ID, located in the shipping address box on your invoice.

  • Refunds - Canadian Taxes and Duty:

    Please contact customer service for the appropriate paper work for you to submit to the CBSA for a refund.
    Complete the CBSA form B2G (Informal Adjustment Request) for Refunds of Taxes and Fees (local Post Office will advise about appropriate form to use) 
    Please provide the proof of taxes and fees paid by charge card to Ulla Popken. 
    Provide proof that merchandise was returned to Ulla Popken 
    Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre will issue a refund to you 
    All Duty and Tax Fees collected by Ulla Popken are forwarded to CBSA by Global Mail, Inc. Global Mail, Inc. and Ulla Popken are not responsible for issuing refunds for these fees. For your convenience, we provide a link to the CBSA B2G form required to request a refund directly from Canada Border Services. Additional information can be obtained from the CBSA website.

In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers: The materials used on the exterior of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. 
  • Shipping and Processing Information

    At Ulla Popken the shipping costs are a flat rate of $8.95 per order. This is for all orders no matter how many items are ordered or the order total.
    Please note: merchandise and shipping rates are in US Dollars 
    A 6% Sales Tax is charged on total merchandise for orders delivered within Maryland (MD)
    A $15 fee per order is charged on all shipments to Canada.
    Items are shipped via Newgistics and delivered by the US Postal Service, 
    Our shipping and processing charges include costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead..
    Business Days are M-F 
    Newgistics packages can be tracked via Newgistics website or via the United States Postal Service.
     
     
    Canada Orders
     
    A $15 fee per order is charged to all shipments to Canada.
    Packages sent to Canadian addresses are shipped via DHL.
    All applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST, QST) and 18% Duty are included in your order total. The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.
