If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the shipping date and we will gladly exchange or issue a credit/refund original form of payment. The shipping and processing charges are not refundable. If item(s) are returned, cancelled or exchanged bringing your merchandise total below the offer's qualifying level, the value of the offer will be deducted from your total refund. To ensure proper handling of your return please use the following guidelines:

  1. Use the original package in which the merchandise was shipped.
  2. Include the return form from the bottom of your invoice which includes the barcode. Be sure to keep the top portion of your invoice for your records.
  3. Affix the postage paid merchandise return label from page 2 of your invoice to the package.
  4. Leave it with your mail carrier or take it to the post office.
  5. A $7.95 return shipment and processing fee is automatically deducted from your merchandise credit.

  • Please contact customer service for the appropriate paper work for you to submit to the CBSA for a refund.
  • Complete the CBSA form B2G (Informal Adjustment Request) for Refunds of Taxes and Fees (local Post Office will advise about appropriate form to use)
  • Please provide the proof of taxes and fees paid by charge card to Ulla Popken.
  • Provide proof that merchandise was returned to Ulla Popken
  • Canada Customs & Revenue/CBSA Casual Refund Centre will issue a refund to you
  • All Duty and Tax Fees collected by Ulla Popken are forwarded to CBSA by Global Mail, Inc. Global Mail, Inc. and Ulla Popken are not responsible for issuing refunds for these fees. For your convenience, we provide a link to the CBSA B2G form required to request a refund directly from Canada Border Services. Additional information can be obtained from the CBSA website.

Some of our products such as wallets, handbags, purses, clutches, totes, clothing, accessories, or shoes made of vinyl or imitation leather may contain lead. All orders are shipped express air for a flat rate $9.95.

  • Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 24 hours and will be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.

Canada Orders
Please note: merchandise and shipping rates are in US Dollars.
  • Shipping costs are $9.95.
  • A $14 fee per order is charged to all shipments to Canada.
  • Packages sent to Canadian addresses are shipped via UPS.
  • All applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST, QST) and 18% Duty are included in your order total. The provincial retail sales tax rates vary from province to province, as do the goods and services to which the tax is applied and the way the tax is applied.
