Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape level.

Measure snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust, keeping the measuring tape level.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the measuring tape level.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the measuring tape level.

Measure your inseam from the crotch down the inside of your leg. Depending on the pant style, measure to the ankle or floor.

Measure your height from the top of your head to the floor, without shoes. It is best to stand barefoot with your back and heels against a straight wall.
